摘要

本研究旨在分析人工智能在高等教育中的影响与机遇,考察其融入学术项目的过程如何推动教育创新、促进学生数字素养与批判性思维的发展。研究采用量化的描述性与解释性取向,以马德里某大学的 100 名高校教师为样本,通过便利性非概率抽样选取被试,并施以结构化问卷。问卷由封闭式题项与李克特量表构成,涵盖三个维度:对人工智能的了解与熟悉程度、人工智能在教学实践中的应用,以及对其收益与伦理挑战的认知。结果显示,65% 的教师具备中等水平的人工智能知识,20% 为较高水平,15% 为较低水平;40% 的教师已常规使用人工智能工具,35% 计划引入,25% 尚未采用;70% 的教师认为人工智能有助于实现学习个性化、提供即时反馈并支持学术研究,60% 指出数据隐私与技术依赖等伦理与教学层面的挑战,55% 强调持续培训的必要性。研究表明,人工智能在高等教育中具有变革性潜力,但其有效落地有赖于明确的制度政策、伦理支持、课程更新以及师生数字素养的培育。

Abstract

This study analyses the impact and the opportunities that artificial intelligence offers to higher education, examining how its integration into academic programmes contributes to educational innovation and to the development of students' digital competencies and critical thinking. A quantitative, descriptive and explanatory approach was adopted. The sample consisted of 100 university teachers from a university in Madrid, selected by non-probabilistic convenience sampling, to whom a structured questionnaire was administered. The instrument combined closed questions and Likert-scale items covering three dimensions: knowledge of and familiarity with AI, the application of AI in teaching practice, and the perception of its benefits and ethical challenges. The results show that 65% of the teachers have an intermediate level of knowledge of AI, 20% a high level and 15% a low level; that 40% already use AI tools regularly, 35% plan to incorporate them and 25% have not yet adopted them; and that 70% consider that AI improves the personalisation of learning, facilitates immediate feedback and supports academic research, while 60% identify ethical and pedagogical challenges such as data privacy and technological dependence, and 55% stress the need for continuous training. The study concludes that artificial intelligence has a transformative potential in higher education, but that its effective adoption depends on clear institutional policies, ethical support, curricular updating and the development of digital competencies among teachers and students.
