“三全育人”视域下高职院校专业课思政育人路径探索

摘要

高职教育承担着为经济社会发展培养高素质技术技能人才的重要使命，而专业课作为高职院校中的核心课程类型，理应成为开展思想政治教育的重要载体。但当前高职专业课思政育人建设在全员、全过程、全方位三个维度仍面临不同程度的困境，本文在三全育人理念指导下，通过对当前高职专业课思政育人困境分析总结基础上，提出“三全育人”视域下专业课思政育人的建设路径，旨在实现思政教育与专业课教学的有机融合，以期为社会培养出德技并修、全面发展的中国特色社会主义事业合格建设者和接班人。

Abstract

Higher vocational education bears the vital mission of cultivating high-quality technical and skilled personnel for economic and social development. As a core component of the curriculum in higher vocational institutions, specialized courses should serve as a key vehicle for ideological and political education. However, the integration of ideological and political education into these specialized courses currently faces varying degrees of challenges across the dimensions of "whole-staff," "whole-process," and "all-round" education. Guided by the concept of "whole-staff, whole-process, and all-round education," this paper analyzes the existing difficulties in this area and proposes a development pathway for integrating ideological and political education into specialized courses. The aim is to achieve an organic fusion of ideological-political education and professional instruction, thereby cultivating qualified builders and successors of the cause of socialism with Chinese characteristics—individuals who possess both professional skills and moral integrity and are comprehensively developed.
