“导师-专家-农民-推广”融合的农工交叉类人才毕业评价体系与机制探析

摘要

针对当前农工交叉领域研究生毕业评价中存在的评价主体相对集中、实践反馈不足、评价标准与成果类型适配性不强等问题，根据利益相关者理论，结合涉农成果从研究生成、成果形成到用户应用和推广扩散的价值实现过程，构建“导师-专家-农民-推广”融合的毕业评价体系。该评价体系并非对传统学术评价的替代，而是在坚持学术质量底线的基础上，引入用户和推广反馈，有助于推动农工交叉类人才毕业评价由单一学术导向向学术质量、应用价值和推广潜力并重转变。

Abstract

To address the current problems in graduate evaluation within interdisciplinary agricultural engineering programs, including the relatively limited range of evaluators, insufficient feedback from practical applications, and weak alignment between evaluation criteria and diverse types of research outputs, this study draws on stakeholder theory and constructs an integrated graduation evaluation system involving supervisors, academic experts, farmers, and agricultural extension professionals. The system is designed around the value realization process of agriculture-related research outputs, extending from research initiation and output development to end-user application and wider dissemination. Rather than replacing conventional academic evaluation, the proposed system maintains academic quality as a fundamental requirement while incorporating feedback from end users and extension practitioners. It is intended to promote a shift in the graduation evaluation of interdisciplinary agricultural engineering talent from a predominantly academic orientation toward a more comprehensive approach that gives equal consideration to academic quality, practical value, and dissemination potential.
